Moravka
Although it emerged centuries ago through the accidental crossing of breeds, Moravka has survived thanks to its resilience and adaptability. Reaching the goal takes time and patience, which in the end results in meat of exceptional quality. That quality is accompanied by a high content of Omega 3 fatty acids, beneficial cholesterol and a full spectrum of B vitamins. Its fat gives a distinctive flavor, while the marbled meat, as a defining trait of this pig, expresses its juiciness and taste even in the leanest cuts. Once a leading export product and today almost on the verge of extinction, whether we allow quality to be pushed aside or raise awareness of our native pig depends only on us.

ABOUT US
A long family tradition in livestock breeding, the need for quality and the desire to survive in nature and among animals have given us a demanding mission. To present the village as a village, as a source of life, as a place we must be grateful to, and as a true friend we can always turn to. Lisko Ranch was founded by gathering and applying generations of experience into one whole that we now share with you. Nestled in the rolling landscape of Šumadija, not far from Kosmaj, our ranch is home to a wide variety of animals that complete the full ranch experience. The most numerous are our native Moravka pigs, whose story inspired us to begin this journey.
